My admission to the Heritage Classes coaching program is entirely voluntary and based on my personal interest and decision.

All details provided by me in the Application Form are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that if any information is found to be false or misleading, my admission may be cancelled without any refund of fees paid.

I have carefully read, understood, and agree to abide by all guidelines, rules, policies, and regulations of Heritage Classes (as updated or amended from time to time).

I accept full responsibility for any disciplinary action, including suspension, rustication, or termination of enrollment, that may be taken by Heritage Classes in the event of misconduct, violation of rules, or engagement in unlawful activities—whether on or off-campus, including at student accommodations.

I acknowledge that continuous absence from classes for 30 (thirty) days or more, without prior written intimation to Heritage Classes, may result in cancellation of my admission. In such cases, Heritage Classes shall be discharged of all responsibilities and liabilities, with no obligation to refund course fees.

In the event of my selection in medical or engineering entrance exams, Olympiads (national or international), or any other recognized examinations, I grant Heritage Classes the right to use my name, results, photographs, or testimonials for its marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes.

I authorize Heritage Classes to contact me via phone calls, automated calls, emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and/or push notifications.

• I understand that all study materials, lecture notes, videos, and related content provided by Heritage Classes are its exclusive intellectual property.
• I agree not to record, download, share, distribute, or reproduce any content (live or recorded classes, test papers, study materials, etc.) in any manner. Unauthorized use, duplication, or publication is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

I have read, understood, and accepted the refund rules and regulations as specified by Heritage Classes.

I confirm that I have thoroughly reviewed the application kit, terms, and conditions, and agree to abide by all instructions, policies, and regulations of Heritage Classes.
